AvaCoach is revolutionizing English learning with AI-driven 3D avatars, making it fun and effective for learners worldwide. Our platform allows users to practice English naturally through AI-powered conversations while being part of a growing Web3 ecosystem with our token on the BNB Chain.
We are expanding into Iran and looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing & Community Manager to build, engage, and grow the Iranian community. We’ve tried traditional marketing before, and it hasn’t worked—we need creative, data-driven strategies that truly engage users and bring real adoption.

Final Goal
The primary objective of this role is to increase exposure, daily active users, and ultimately find real BUYERS for our token. Everything we do in marketing and community building should lead to more people holding and using our token while ensuring organic, long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
Build and manage the Iranian AvaCoach community (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.).
Foster discussions, answer questions, and keep the community active.
Organize events, AMA sessions, and collaborations to boost engagement.
Marketing & Outreach
Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Iran.
Partner with Iranian influencers, educators, and crypto communities to spread AvaCoach.
Develop localized content (tweets, blogs, videos, memes) that resonate with the Iranian audience.
Growth Hacking & Adoption
Work on strategies that bring real users to AvaCoach, not just engagement metrics.
Experiment with unique and effective marketing tactics beyond the usual Web3 promotions.
Track KPIs and iterate based on real performance data.
Exposure & Token Adoption
Push token adoption by making it a recognizable and trusted name in Iran.
Educate people on how the token is used in AvaCoach and why they should own it.
Develop initiatives that increase daily active users on the platform and drive token demand.
Collaborations & Partnerships
Connect with local educational groups, Web3 projects, and media outlets to expand AvaCoach's reach.
Build and maintain long-term collaborations with other crypto projects and companies.
Establish and manage strategic partnerships that bring exposure and users to AvaCoach.

Requirements
Fluent in Farsi and English
Strong experience in Web3 marketing and community building (Telegram, Twitter, etc.)
Deep knowledge of Iranian crypto and education markets
Strong understanding of blockchains, especially BNB Chain
Proven ability to grow and engage a crypto or tech community
Collaboration management – Ability to build and maintain partnerships with other projects and companies
Good relationships with KOLs and influencers on Twitter and Instagram for both Web2 and Web3 marketing
Creative mindset – We need someone who thinks outside the box
Results-driven approach – We care about real adoption, not vanity metrics

Nice to Have
Experience in EdTech or language learning communities
Experience with growth hacking techniques
