وظایف اصلی مسئول آموزش و توسعه کارکنان:

• تحلیل نیازهای آموزشی.
• شناسایی مهارت‌ها و دانش مورد نیاز دانش آموزان.
• بررسی عملکرد دانش آموزان برای تعیین نیازهای آموزشی.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی.
• تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیازهای مدرسه.
• برگزاری کارگاه‌ها، دوره‌های آموزشی و جلسات یادگیری.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای یادگیری.
• استفاده از روش‌های نوین آموزشی (آموزش حضوری، آنلاین، یادگیری ترکیبی).
• ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌ها.
• توسعه استعدادهای دانش آموزان.
• استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های آموزشی و محتوای دیجیتال.
• برنامه‌ریزی هزینه‌های آموزش و توسعه.
• ارزیابی هزینه-فایده برنامه‌های آموزشی.
