شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به عیب‌یابی سخت‌افزاری.
• مسلط به امور Help Desk.
• آشنایی با Domain و VoIP.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم شبکه (روتینگ).
• مسلط به مباحث شبکه تا سطح +Network.
• مسلط به سیستم‌عامل ویندوز تا سطح MCSE.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات اکتیو و پسیو شبکه.
• آشنایی با نصب نرم‌افزار بر روی مک‌اواس.
• آشنایی با قطع و وصل سیستم جهت جابه‌جایی کاربر.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و متعهد.
• روحیه کار تیمی در تعامل با سایر پرسنل واحد پشتیبانی.

Job description and duties:

-Proficient in hardware troubleshooting
-Proficient in Help Desk issues
-Familiar with Domain and VoIP
-Familiar with network concepts (routing and... )- Proficient in network topics up to Network+ level
- Proficient in Windows operating system up to MCSE level
- Familiarity with active and passive network equipment
- Installing software on MacOS
-Connecting and disconnecting the system to move the user
-Responsible and committed
-Enjoying the spirit of teamwork in interaction with other personnel of the support unit
