شرح شغل:

• مدیریت کلیه امور صادرات و وارداتی و هماهنگی حمل‌ونقل‌های بین‌المللی مستقیماً از لاین کشتیرانی، دریافت مجوزهای لازم از ارگان‌های ذی‌ربط و امور بانکی و تخصیص ارز مربوط به ثبت سفارش‌ها، برقراری ارتباط با ترخیص‌کار و پیگیری امور گمرکی.
• بررسی بازارهای بین‌الملل برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید صادرات و واردات.
• همکاری و سورسینگ برای انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان. 
• برنامه‌ریزی برای کاهش هزینه‌های زنجیره تامین و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• بررسی ارزش‌های گمرکی TSC.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با تحلیل و استخراج داده‌ و مذاکره با مشتریان در بازارهای هدف.
• تسلط کامل به سامانه NTSW، ثبت سفارش و سامانه گمرکی EPL.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته تجارت بین‌الملل، مدیریت بازرگانی، لجستیک یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• مسلط به مکاتبات خارجی و مذاکرات، اینکوترمز، قوانین و مقررات واردات و صادرات، قوانین گمرکی و حمل دریایی و تغییرات آن‌ها، فرآیندهای ثبت سفارش، بانکی، حمل‌ونقل و اسناد تجاری و اظهارنامه‌های صادراتی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباط کلامی و نوشتاری پیشرفته به زبان انگلیسی برای ارتباط و تعامل موثر با تامین‌کنندگان و مشتریان.
• آشنایی با سورسینگ تامین‌کنندگان خارجی.
• فن بیان و انگیزه بالا.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• پشتکار بالا.
• متعهد و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• پیگیر و صبور.
• روحیه کار تیمی.

Full mastery of NTSW system, order registration, EPP customs system
Checking the customs values of TSC
Bachelor's Degree in International Commerce and Commerce, Logistics, Business Management or related fields
Fluid to foreign correspondence and negotiations, incoterms, import and export laws and regulations, customs and maritime transportation laws and their changes, order registration, banking, transportation and business documents, and export declarations
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate and interact effectively with suppliers and customers
