As a Product Designer at Snapp Grocery, you will be responsible for assuring the implementation of our platform's design vision and requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create world-class experiences that drive growth and differentiation in the market. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product.
Responsibilities:
• Define the design vision and requirements for our e-commerce platform, based on user research, market analysis, and business goals.
• implementing the design of complex product features, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that design solutions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the overall product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define product requirements, and develop design solutions that meet business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented in the final product.
• Advocate for the user and promote design thinking across the organization.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 Years of experience in product design, previous experience in B2B products is preferred.
• Experience with user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• The component-first mindset in design.
• Ability to conduct interviews with users and test sessions.
