کارشناس ارشد مهندسی فرآیند | Senior Process Engineering Expert

مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تولید محصولات پتروشیمی.
• ارزیابی عملیات برای افزایش کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌های تولید.
• تحلیل داده‌های فرآیندی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد سیستم‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای اجرای طرح‌های توسعه و بهسازی.
• تهیه مدارک و گزارش‌های فنی برای مستندسازی فرآیندها و پروژه‌ها.
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها و مقررات ایمنی و محیط زیستی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی فرآیند یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج تا ده سال تجربه کاری در مهندسی فرآیند در صنعت پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای شبیه‌سازی فرآیند مانند Aspen Plus و HYSYS.
• توانایی تحلیل مشکلات و ارائه راه‌حل‌های موثر.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای همکاری با تیم‌های چنددستگاهی.
• مسلط به استانداردهای ایمنی و محیط زیستی مرتبط با صنایع پتروشیمی.

Responsibilities:
• Design and optimization of petrochemical products production processes.
• Evaluation of operations to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Process data analysis and suggestion to improve systems performance strategies.
• Collaborate with different teams to implement development and improvement plans.
• Prepare technical documents and reports to document processes and projects.
• Ensure the standards and regulations of safety and environmental.

Conditions:
• Undergraduate or master's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5-10 years of work engineering in the petrochemical industry.
• Introduction to process simulation software such as Aspen Plus and Hysys.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mastery of the safety and environmental standards related to the petrochemical industry.
