مدیر فروش | Sales Manager

• جمع‌بندی و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها جهت برنامه‌ریزی و تأمین نیازهای مشتریان.
• کنترل پوشش سفارشات و قراردادهای مشتریان و تأمین نیازهای آنان.
• پیشنهاد قیمت و شرایط فروش کالا به مدیریت و تنظیم و عقد قراردادهای فروش با توجه به ضوابط تعیین شده.
• نظارت و مشارکت در صدور و تکمیل اسناد فروش و ارائه به حسابداری جهت اقدام لازم.
• نظارت و مشکارت در صدور اقدام اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه.
• نظارت بر نظرسنجی از مشتریان در مورد کیفیت و خدمات پس از فروش.
• برنامه‌ریزی و انجام اقدام در راستای تحقق برنامه‌های فروش.
• کنترل مانده مطالبات مشتریان بر اساس مدارک موجود و انجام اقدامات لازم جهت اخذ مطالبات مربوطه و واریز به حساب شرکت.
• بررسی بازارهای جدید و ارائه پروژه های جدید به واحد طراحی و مهندسی به منظور امکان سنجی تأمین و تولید.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت بازاریابی، مدیریت کسب‌وکار.
• حداقل هشت سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به امور مربوط به تنظیم قراردادها.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با قانون تجارت.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل مسائل اقتصادی و بازرگانی.

• Summarize and prioritize them to plan and meet customer needs.
• Control the coverage of customer orders and contracts and meet their needs.
• Propose the price and terms of sale of goods to management and prepare and conclude sales contracts according to the established criteria.
• Monitor and participate in issuing and completing sales documents and submit them to accounting for necessary action.
• Monitor and participate in issuing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor customer surveys on quality and after-sales service.
• Plan and take action to fulfill sales plans.
• Control the balance of customer claims based on existing documents and take the necessary steps to collect the relevant claims and deposit them into the company's account.
• Investigate new markets and present new projects to the design and engineering unit to assess the feasibility of supply and production.

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing Management, or Business Management.
• At least eight years of work experience in a related field.
• Proficient in matters related to drafting contracts.
• Proficient in English.
• Familiarity with commercial law.
• Ability to analyze economic and commercial issues.
