About the Role
iX Broker, part of XFinance Holding, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its day-to-day business operations. This pivotal role requires a professional with strong organizational and leadership skills who can ensure that all workflows, processes, and teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The Operations Manager will act as the backbone of the company’s global brokerage operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, compliance with international standards, and the successful delivery of services to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and streamline daily business operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Process Optimization: Design, document, and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, compliance, and customer support teams to align operational priorities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all activities adhere to regulatory standards (AML/KYC) and internal compliance policies.
- Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the use of brokerage platforms, CRM systems, and operational tools, working closely with IT teams for continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor KPIs, operational performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to high-level planning and provide insights to support business growth and market expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, financial operations, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (professional level); additional languages such as Arabic, Kurdish, or Turkish are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools is highly desirable.
