کارشناس خدمات و پذیرایی | Service and Catering Expert

شرح شغل:

• هماهنگی و مدیریت نیروهای خدمات و ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها.
• تعامل موثر با تیم‌های داخلی برای اطمینان از اجرای صحیح فرآیندها.
• بررسی و بهبود رویه‌های خدماتی برای افزایش کارایی.
• نظارت مستمر و سرکشی به خدمات، پذیرایی و نظافت و استفاده صحیح از ملزومات.
• تهیه خودرو برای ماموریت‌های داخلی، جابجایی‌ها (پست) و ثبت سیستمی تک‌ تک آیتم‌ها.
• مدیریت خدمات رفاهی (سرویس ناهار پرسنل در کلیه انبارها).
• ارائه گزارشات مرتبط با کار.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در حوزه خدمات و پذیرایی.
• مهارت در مدیریت ارتباطات و توانایی تعامل با افراد مختلف.
• دارای گواهینامه lCDL.
• توانایی حل مسائل و مدیریت وضعیت‌های چالش‌برانگیز.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• دقت و توجه بسیار بالا.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating and managing service forces and evaluating their performance
- Effective interaction with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of processes
- Reviewing and improving service procedures to increase efficiency
>- continuous monitoring and supervision of services, reception and cleaning and correct use of necessities
- provision of vehicles for internal missions, transfers (post) and system registration of individual items
- management of welfare services (lunch service) Personnel in the kidney warehouses)
- presenting work-related reports
