The FMCG sales manager is responsible for managing and directing the sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, directing sales team activities, and communicating with current and potential customers to increase sales and development of customer network. The main purpose of this situation is to achieve designated sales goals and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Attracting, Training and Supervision of Sales Team
- Management and Guidance of Sales Team including Marketers and Sales Representatives
- Review and Analysis of Markets to Increase Sales and Development of Customer Network
- Determinate Sales Goals and Implementation of Sales Programs
Development of Sales
Merciful:
- Sales team management experience at least 5 years
- Capacity sales experience, preferably in the field of fast tobacco or consumer product
- strong skills in negotiation and communication
