کارشناس حسابداری فروش | Sales Accounting Expert

شرح وظایف اصلی:

• گزارش‌گیری تخصصی داده‌ها و اطلاعات دریافتی از واحد فروش به صورت روزانه.
• کنترل حساب مشتریان و مغایرت‌گیری به صورت روزانه.
• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان و واحدهای درون سازمانی مرتبط.
• ثبت و صدور فاکتورهای فروش و ارسال آن‌ها در سامانه جامع تجارت.
• هماهنگی با سرپرست مستقیم جهت انجام به موقع و موثر امور کاری.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حسابداری یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط (ترجیحاً حسابداری فروش شرکت‌های بازرگانی).
• تسلط کافی به نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• مهارت استفاده از اکسل پیشرفته ضروری است.
• تسلط کافی به Outlook.
• آشنایی با سامانه مودیان و سامانه جامع تجارت و تسلط کافی به نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• داشتن روحیه کار تیمی و نگرش سیستمی و انگیزش برای توسعه فردی.
• داشتن انضباط کاری، توانمندی در کار گروهی، داشتن حسن انجام کار و تعهد به اصول اخلاقی، صداقت و امانتداری.

Sales Accounting Expert

Main Task Description:
• Specialized data and information received from the sales unit daily
• Customer account control and daily inconsistency.
• Effective communication with customer and inter -organizational units.
• Registration and issuance of sales factors and sending them to the Comprehensive Trade System.
• Coordinate with direct supervisor to perform timely and effective work.

Requirements and Capabilities:

• with a minimum accounting expert and related disciplines
• at least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably accounting for business companies)
• Sufficient mastery of software
• EXCEEL software skills is essential
