About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing team through data-driven
insights, performance analytics, and reporting. This role ensures our marketing decisions,
budgeting, and attribution strategies are accurate and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards using BI tools (Power BI,
Metabase, etc.).
• Extract, validate, and query data from databases, marketing platforms, and data
warehouses.
• Analyze marketing KPIs and generate actionable insights for optimization and decisionmaking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, spend allocation, and performance target setting.
• Develop and maintain attribution models (last-click, multi-touch, MMM) for
measurement accuracy.
• Ensure proper tracking, UTM standards, and event governance across campaigns and
channels.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance
analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with structured data sources.
• Hands-on skills with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROI, LTV, CPI, MAC, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (GA4, CRM, Google Ads,…).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly
