شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش برای تحقق اهداف.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم فروش.
• برقراری و حفظ روابط قدرتمند با مشتریان.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید فروش.
• ارائه آموزش و راهنمایی به اعضای تیم فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیریت ارشد.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی در تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش.
• مهارت‌های عالی در ارتباطات کلامی و نوشتاری.
• تجربه قبلی در زمینه فروش یا سرپرستی تیم.
