Duties and Responsibilities: Designing and implementing scientific and research programs appropriate to the field of treatment. Planning for communication and interaction with key doctors (KOLs) and other stakeholders with the participation of the marketing team. Checking and verifying scientific and advertising content to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Training the sales team, marketing and patient support unit regarding the products. Conducting scientific tests after the training. Answering the scientific questions of the sales force and accompanying them on double visits. Scientific research and specialized advice to the sales, marketing, production and business development departments. Keeping scientific knowledge up to date by studying specialized sources, participating in congresses and communicating with specialists. Dealing with scientific complaints from doctors and pharmacists and reporting side effects to the pharmacovigilance unit. Providing suitable scientific content for the production of promotion material and scientific magazine.
Specialist and behavioral skills
Doctorate degree in medicine or pharmacy. Scientific mastery of pharmaceutical products. Experience in a similar position in Pharmaceutical industry (considered an advantage). Ability to make scientific analysis and decision-making. Ability to communicate effectively and make scientific presentations. Ability to work in a team. Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
