We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our CRM team and turn data into actionable insights. If you're passionate about customer behavior, love digging into data, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze user behavior across CRM campaigns to optimize customer lifecycle programs.
-Develop performance dashboards and automated reports that track CRM KPIs (e.g., retention, churn, LTV, campaign engagement).
-Work with the your peers in the lifecycle marketing team to define success metrics, run A/B tests, and make data-informed recommendations.
-Build customer segments and predictive models to enable personalization and targeting strategies.
-Collaborate with product analytics, engineering, and data science teams to enhance data quality and CRM infrastructure.
-Investigate data anomalies and trends to surface customer insights and opportunities.
-Translate complex data into clear narratives and business actions for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in marketing analytics.
-Strong grasp of retention metrics, customer segmentation, and channel attribution.
-Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
-Excellent SQL & Python (Airflow, Pandas, or similar frameworks) skills; experience working with large datasets.
-Strong communication skills—able to distill data into strategic insights.
-Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
-Experience working in a cross-functional environment with marketing, data, and product teams.
