مسئولیت ها:
• به تیم فروش در مدیریت حساب های مشتری و اطمینان از رضایت مشتری کمک کنید.
• به سوالات مشتری پاسخ دهید و سریعاً مسائل را حل کنید.
• سفارشات پیگیری و پیگیری ، احکام به موقع و مستندات دقیق. و تهیه مواد فروش.

الزامات:
• مدرک لیسانس در تجارت ، بازاریابی یا یک زمینه مرتبط.
• حداقل 2 سال تجربه در پشتیبانی از فروش یا نقش مشابه ، ترجیحاً در همان صنعت.
• مهارت در نرم افزار Microsoft Office و CRM. جزئیات.
• مهارت در روسی یک مزیت است.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and shipments.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
