• About the role:
• 1stQuest, a leading provider of tourism services for international travelers to Iran, is seeking a professional, motivated, and responsible Travel Agent to join our team. If you are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic and global environment, this opportunity is for you
• Responsibilities:
• Offer travel advice to customers and provide information about the company’s services, including hotel reservations, visas, transportation, and tour packages
• Plan tailor-made trip itineraries for customers
• Answer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone quickly, accurately and professionally
• Effectively manage and resolve issues with a constructive, solution-focused approach
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Required Qualifications:
• Fluency in English
• At least 2 years of experience in travel industry
• Good travel planning knowledge and expertise
• Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with international clients
• High sense of responsibility in managing tasks and ensuring timely, quality service
• Strong time management skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in startups
• Fluency in Chinese, Russian or Arabic
