شرح شغل:

• تهیه و تجزیه‌وتحلیل گزارش‌های مالی ماهیانه، فصلی و سالیانه.
• نظارت بر مطابقت فرآیندهای حسابداری با استانداردهای مالی.
• همکاری با تیم حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی برای اطمینان از دقت و صحت اطلاعات مالی.
• بررسی و تحلیل هزینه‌ها به منظور بهینه‌سازی منابع مالی.
• ارائه توصیه‌های مالی بر اساس داده‌های قابل تحلیل.
• آشنا با امور کنترل بانک و نقدینگی شرکت.
• آشنا با امور انبار و کنترل موجودی و دارایی‌های ثابت.
• تهیه و ارسال اظهارنامه‌های ارزش افزوده و عملکرد.
• تهیه گزارش‌های معاملات فصلی و مالیات بر حقوق.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• مسلط به ثبت تمامی اسناد حسابداری.
• توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های مورد نیاز حسابرسان و سازمان امور مالیاتی و تأمین اجتماعی.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم استانداردهای حسابداری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• بسیار منظم.
• کاردان و دقیق.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل و ورد.
• آشنایی با پایانه‌های فروشگاهی و سامانه مودیان.
• آشنا با قوانین مالیاتی و بیمه.
• آشنا با امور حسابداری در زمینه حساب‌های پرداختنی و دریافتنی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در حل مسئله و تحلیل داده.
• توانایی کار در محیط تیمی و به‌صورت انفرادی.

Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Monitoring the compliance of accounting processes with financial standards
Collaborating with the internal and external audit team to ensure the accuracy and correctness of financial information
Checking and analyzing costs In order to optimize financial resources
Providing financial recommendations based on analyzable data
Familiar with bank control and company liquidity.
Familiar with warehouse and inventory control and fixed assets.
Preparation and sending declarations of added value and performance.
Preparation of quarterly transaction and salary tax reports.
Proficient in financial software.
Proficient in recording all accounting documents.
Ability to prepare required reports. auditors and tax and social security affairs organization. Familiarity with the concepts of accounting standards. At least five years of relevant work experience. Very organized. Professional and accurate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with store terminals and taxpayer system. Familiarity with tax and insurance laws. Familiarity with accounting matters in the field of accounts payable and receivable. Degree in finance. Accounting or banking
Strong skills in problem solving and data analysis
Ability to work in a team environment and individually
