شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته زیست‌پزشکی.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای CRM و Microsoft Office.
• تجربه قبلی در فروش تجهیزات پزشکی.
• توانایی عالی در برقراری ارتباط و مهارت‌های مذاکره.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی و توانایی حل مسائل.
• خودانگیختگی و علاقه به یادگیری و بهبود مستمر.

Ashkan Medical Idea seeks an experienced Sales Expert to join our team in Tehran. In this role, you focus on expanding our reach within the medical equipment industry by leveraging your expertise in healthcare sales, particularly targeting physicians and MDs. You play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring our cutting-edge medical solutions meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and engage with prospective customers, building long-term relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our medical equipment.
- Provide thorough and timely follow-up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional activities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to company leadership.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the medical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, particularly in interactions with physicians and MDs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Biomedical.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
