Mission:
- To drive operational excellence and strategic agility through the design and development of innovative operating models that align with the company's Strategy and digital transformation objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To design, develop, and continuously refine new operating models or processes for the company aligned with the company's digital transformation and strategy objectives.
- To champion the creation and implementation of a unified process architecture using industry standard methods.
- To optimize and reengineer the existing processes of the company through root cause analysis and the identification of critical pain points.
- To conduct accurate investigations and maintain close communication with the MTN Irancell Divisions in order to accurately extract the current 'as-is' processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- To conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses of proposed operating model changes and provide management with comprehensive reports and presentations on it.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new operating models or processes are effectively implemented and efficiently operating.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of new operating models or processes.
- To identify and address any issues or challenges related to the implementation of new operating models or processes.
- To ensure that new operating models or processes are scalable and adaptable to change.
- To keep abreast with operating model design trends and provide subject matter expertise.
- To identify opportunities for AI integration (RPA) to streamline workflows.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Economics) or related
- A master's degree in the areas mentioned above is advantageous
- Fluent in English

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an area of specialization
- Experience working in a medium and large organization
