شایستگی‌های موردنیاز:
- آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم و فرآیندهای بانکداری دیجیتال و محصولات بانکی
- تسلط بر متدولوژی‌های مدیریت محصول و توسعه چابک (Agile/Scrum)
- توانایی نوشتن User Story، تعریف و اولویت‌بندی بک‌لاگ محصول (Product Backlog)
- توانایی جمع‌آوری، تحلیل و مستندسازی نیازمندی‌های کسب‌وکار
- مهارت مصاحبه با ذینفعان و کاربران جهت استخراج دقیق نیازها
- توانایی ترجمه نیازهای کسب‌وکار به مشخصات فنی برای تیم توسعه
- قدرت تصمیم‌گیری، اولویت‌بندی و مدیریت زمان در پروژه‌های پیچیده
- تسلط بر مدیریت هم‌زمان چند پروژه
- توانایی تعیین اولویت در شرایط تضاد یا محدودیت منابع
- مهارت ارتباطی و بین‌فردی قوی
- مهارت ارائه، مذاکره و مدیریت جلسات
- توانایی تحلیل داده و سنجش اثربخشی محصول
- توانایی پایش و گزارش‌دهی مستمر وضعیت محصول
- آشنایی با الزامات امنیتی و رگولاتوری حوزه بانکداری
- توجه به الزامات محرمانگی و امنیت داده‌ها در تعریف ویژگی‌ها
- روحیه یادگیری، نوآوری و پیگیری روندهای جدید بازار

شرح وظایف:
- مسئولیت هدایت و اولویت‌بندی توسعه پروژه‌ها
- هماهنگی بین تیم‌های توسعه، تضمین کیفیت و پشتیبانی افزایش تعداد تیم‌های تخصصی و لایه‌های مختلف پروژه‌ها
- افزایش انتظارات مدیریتی و سرعت تغییرات بازار در عصر تحول دیجیتال
- ارتقای کیفیت برنامه‌ریزی و تضمین تحقق اهداف OKR و استراتژی بانک و سداد
- پاسخگویی به الزامات نظارتی و رگولاتوری در محصولات دیجیتال با افزایش پیچیدگی محصولات و سرویس‌های جدید
