شرکت رویین پولاد ایرانیان، یک شرکت دو ملیتی با مشارکت سرمایه‌گذاران چینی که در صنعت دستگاه‌های صنعتی برش و جوش لیزر فایبر مشغول به فعالیت است، به دنبال فردی با تجربه برای سمت مدیر فروش و بازاریابی در تهران است. این موقعیت نیازمند فردی است که توانایی ایجاد، چیدمان و هدایت تیم فروش و توسعه استراتژی‌های بازاریابی داشته باشد. 

شرح شغل:

• توسعه و اجرا استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و فروش برای افزایش کسب و کار.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و بازاریابی برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی با استفاده از ابزارهایی مانند CRM و POWER BI.
• برگزاری جلسات با مشتریان و شرکای بالقوه برای تحقق اهداف فروش.
• ایجاد و مدیریت روابط کاری مثبت و بلندمدت با مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت بالا در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای PowerPoint ،Power BI ،CRM و اکسل. 
• تجربه کاری در حوزه بازاریابی و فروش در صنعت.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین‌فردی قوی.

Royin Polad Iranian Company, a dual national company with the participation of Chinese investors working in the fiber laser cutting and welding industry industry, is looking for an experienced person for the marketing and sales manager in Tehran. This situation requires someone who is capable of creating, arranging and directing the sales and development team of marketing strategies.

Responsible:
- Development and Implementation of Marketing and Sales Strategies to Increase Business.
- Sales and Marketing Team Management to achieve set goals.
- Data analysis and reporting using tools such as CRM and Power BI.
- Holding meetings with customers and potential partners to achieve goals Sales.
- Creating and managing positive and long-term business relationships with customers.

Competences:
- Degree in Management, Business or Business.
- High skills in using CRM, Excel, Power Point and Power BI software.
- Working experience in the field of marketing and sales in the industry
- Team leadership and management ability.
- strong interpersonal and inter-individual skills.
