ماموریت موقعیت شغلی:
مدیر مالی در گروه رحمانی نقش کلیدی در ثبات مالی، شفافیت ساختار، و تامین منابع هوشمند برای توسعه گروه ایفا خواهد کرد. این نقش مستقیماً با مدیرعامل و کمیته مالی و حاکمیت شرکتی در ارتباط است.

مسئولیت‌ها:
طراحی و استقرار نظام مالی شفاف، دقیق و پاسخگو در سطح گروه
مدیریت نقدینگی، جریان وجوه و تسویه‌های بانکی
بودجه‌بندی، کنترل و تجزیه‌وتحلیل هزینه‌ها، مدیریت سرمایه در گردش و مدیریت مالی شرکت مبتنی بر بودجه
مذاکره و تعامل موثر با بانک‌ها، صندوق‌های ضمانت و نهادهای مالی
طراحی مدل‌های تامین مالی غیر بانکی BOT، JV، Private Fund، Purchase Order Finance
نظارت بر حسابداری شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه (داخلی و بین‌المللی)
تهیه گزارش‌های مالی مدیریتی و کنترلی برای هیئت‌مدیره
پشتیبانی از تصمیمات سرمایه‌گذاری، مولدسازی دارایی‌ها و ارزش‌گذاری پروژه‌ها
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای عملیات، صادرات و فروش و توزیع و منابع انسانی در تصمیم‌سازی کلان

وظایف کلیدی:
تسلط بر اصول حسابداری مالی و صنعتی
تجربه در تامین مالی پروژه‌ای و مذاکره بانکی
آشنایی با مدیریت مالی در شرکت‌های چندشرکته
توان تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش مدیریتی به زبان ساده
درک بالا از مدل‌های تامین مالی هوشمند بدون وام بانکی
دقت، امانت‌داری، تفکر سیستمی و چابکی در تصمیم‌گیری
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مالی ترجیحاً راهکاران سیستم و ورانگر و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت پروژه همچون Odoo و Trello

شرایط احراز:
حداقل 8 سال سابقه کار مالی از جمله 3 سال در سطح سرپرست یا مدیر مالی
تحصیلات مرتبط در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، اقتصاد یا MBA
تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی
تجربه کار در شرکت‌های تولیدی، صنایع غذایی یا صادرات‌محور مزیت محسوب می‌شود

Role Mission
The Finance Manager plays a key role in ensuring financial stability, structural transparency, and intelligent resource mobilization to support the Group’s growth.
This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Finance and Corporate Governance Committee.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a transparent, accurate, and accountable financial system across the Group.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and bank settlements.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, working capital management, and performance against budget.
• Negotiate and maintain effective relationships with banks, guarantee funds, and financial institutions.
• Develop non-bank financing models such as BOT, JV, Private Funds, and Purchase Order Finance.
• Supervise the accounting operations of domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Prepare and present management and control financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Support investment decisions, asset optimization, and project valuation.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Export, Sales & Distribution, and HR departments in strategic decision-making.
Core Competencies and Attributes
• Strong command of financial and industrial accounting principles.
• Proven experience in project financing and bank negotiations.
• Familiarity with financial management in multi-company or holding structures.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports in a clear, actionable format.
• Strong understanding of innovative and non-bank financing models.
• Precision, integrity, systematic thinking, and agility in decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial and ERP software, preferably Rahkaran System, Varanegar, and project management tools such as Odoo, Trello, and advanced Excel.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of professional financial experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• University degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or MBA.
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food industries, or export-oriented companies is a plus
