شرح شغل:

• پشتییانی CRM به صورت کامل.
• هماهنگی با سایر بخش‌های شرکت.
• مدیریت چرخه کاری سایر نفرات.
• نظارت بر فرآیندها.
• تقویم عملکرد و اجرایی نفرات و بخش‌های شرکت.
• آموزش کاربران جدید و تهیه مستندات آموزشی.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تیم تولید محتوا، سایت و سئوی سایت.

شرایط احراز:

• جنسیت: فقط خانم.
• محدوده سنی: 22 تا 35 سال.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر، مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط؛ یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه مفید و مرتبط در حوزه پشتیبانی نرم‌افزار CRM ترجیحاً پیام گستر.
• مهارت ارتباطی قوی و روابط عمومی بالا.
• صبور، مسئولیت‌پذیر، منظم ، پیگیر و آموزش‌پذیر.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی مدیریت چندین کار همزمان.

In one of the disciplines related to Computer / IT / Management / Industries / MBA or related fields
at least 2 years of useful and relevant experience in CRM software support (Message Gostar)
Strong communication skills and high public relations
patient, responsible, regular, follow -up and educational ability
