This role focuses on managing sea freight inquiries and bookings, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating closely with sales, accounting, and management departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate sea freight inquiries and bookings.
* Correspond with international and local agents, carriers, and NVOCC for pricing and operational purposes.
* Monitor sea shipments from A-Z, ensuring smooth operation and delivery.
* Document and liaise with agents, sales teams, accounting, and clients to maintain clear communication and documentation.
* Oversee shipment management using the company software (CARAVAN).
* Handle delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPL processes.
* Generate monthly reports for management, providing insights and data on freight operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
