• آماده‌سازی و ارائه گزارشات مورد نیاز مربوط به این اقلام به تیم مالی سازمان و سایر ذی‌نفعان و به‌روزرسانی مستمر این گزارشات.
• خرید و دریافت اقلام مصرفی یا سرمایه‌ای توافق شده و برنامه‌ریزی برای انبارکردن مناسب این اقلام.
• برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و مذاکره اثربخش با تامین‌کنندگان با هدف ایجاد یک توافق مناسب در قالب سیاست‌های سازمان و اطمینان از پایندی آن‌ها به توافق و تحویل به موقع اقلام خریداری شده.
• ارزیابی و نظارت بر قراردادها برای اطمینان از مطابقت فروشندگان و تأمین‌کنندگان با شرایط و ضوابط قرارداد.

Duties and Responsibilities:
