شرح شغل
1) ارزیابی و تجزیه و تحلیل فرآیند را برای شناسایی ناکارآمدی ها، تنگناها و زمینه های بهبود انجام دهید.
2) ابتکارات توسعه سازمانی را برای تقویت ساختار، فرهنگ و مشارکت کارکنان رهبری کنید.
3) همکاری با رهبری ارشد برای تعریف اهداف، ارزش ها و اولویت های استراتژیک سازمانی.
4) پرورش فرهنگ بهبود مستمر و نوآوری در سراسر سازمان.
5) ارزیابی سیستم های موجود و شناسایی فرصت ها برای بهینه سازی، ادغام یا جایگزینی.
6) انتخاب، پیاده سازی و نگهداری سیستم های تجاری را برای حمایت از نیازهای سازمان هدایت کند.
7) الزامات سیستم، مشخصات و برنامه های پیاده سازی را با همکاری ذینفعان توسعه دهید.
8) پروژههای بهبود فرآیند متقابل را با استفاده از روشهایی مانند ناب، شش سیگما یا چابک هدایت کنید.
9) راهحلهای اتوماسیون فرآیند را برای سادهسازی گردش کار و کاهش تلاش دستی پیادهسازی کنید.
10) با ذینفعان در تمام سطوح سازمان همکاری کنید تا فواید تغییر را به اشتراک بگذارند و نگرانی ها را برطرف کنند.
11) مواد آموزشی، کمک های شغلی و اسناد را برای حمایت از کاربران در طول دوره های انتقال توسعه دهید.
12) نظارت و ارزیابی ابتکارات تغییر برای شناسایی فرصت ها برای بهبود مستمر.
الزامات
1) 4 تا 10 سال سابقه مدیریتی در سیستم های سازمانی، طراحی و پیاده سازی.
2) دانش خوب فرآیندهای کسب و کار، از جمله طراحی، بهبود، و مدل های مهندسی مجدد، به علاوه استفاده از تکنیک هایی مانند bpmn، dfd، apqc و غیره.
3) فوق لیسانس یا دکترا در رشته های مهندسی صنایع، علوم مدیریت، اقتصاد، مالی، مهندسی سیستم یا سایر رشته های مرتبط از دانشگاه های معتبر؛ یا فارغ التحصیل mba/dba.
4) تسلط خوب به زبان انگلیسی (خواندن و نوشتن).
Job Description
1) Conduct process assessments and analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
2) Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance structure, culture, and employee engagement.
3) Collaborate with senior leadership to define organizational goals, values, and strategic priorities.
4) Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
5) Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization, integration, or replacement.
6) Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business systems to support organizational needs.
7) Develop system requirements, specifications, and implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
8) Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
9) Implement process automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
10) Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate the benefits of change and address concerns.
11) Develop training materials, job aids, and documentation to support users during transition periods.
12) Monitor and evaluate change initiatives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
1) 4 to 10 years of managerial experience in organisational systems, design and implementation.
2) Good knowledge of business processes, including design, improvement, and reengineering models, plus application of techniques such as BPMN, DFD, APQC, etc.
3) Master's degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Management Sciences, Economics, Finance, Systems Engineering, or other related disciplines from credible universities; or an MBA/DBA graduate.
4) Good command of English (reading and writing).
