• مسلط به اصول مدیریت و سازماندهی، کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های عملیاتی، روش‌های ارزیابی و نظارت، نظام‌های توسعه و تعالی سازمانی، ارزیابی و تحلیل مجموعه بر اساس آمار و اطلاعات عملکردی، مشارکت در تدوین دستورالعمل و انجام ارزشیابی کمی و کیفی بخش‌ها.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای مدیریت کیفیت و استانداردهای ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست.
• مهارت بالا در ارتباط بین فردی، تجزیه ‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، کار تیمی، حل مسئله، مذاکره و متقاعدسازی.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت اجرایی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.

 Familiarity with quality management standards and safety, health and environmental standards
 High skill in interpersonal communication, information analysis, teamwork, problem solving, negotiation and persuasion
Education and field of study: minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and executive management
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in related jobs
