• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای حسابداری.
• مسلط به تمامی زیر فرایندهای مالی و حسابداری.
• تسلط نسبی و قابل قبول در قوانین مالیاتی.
• توانایی شرکت در جلسات رسیدگی مالیاتی.
• تجربه کافی در تهیه و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی.
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی یا حسابداری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریت مالی در شرکت‌های بزرگ.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی، ارائه و مذاکره خوب.
• توانمندی در مدیریت کارکنان.
• مسلط به اکسل.
• مهارت بالا در کار با نرم افزارهای مالی.

شرح شغل:

• پاسخ به سازمان‌های نظارتی در صورت لزوم و دفاع از عملکرد قانونی شرکت.
• نظارت بر مسائل مالی جزیی سازمان برای اطمینان از قانونی بودن آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر کارکنان مسئول گزارش‌دهی مالی و بودجه ریزی.
• بازنگری گزارش‌های مالی سازمان و یافتن راه های کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• تحلیل گرایش‌های بازار به منظور یافتن فرصت‌هایی برای تأمین مالی بهتر، سرمایه گذاری در پروژه‌های جدید و یا پیشی گرفتن از شرکت‌های رقیب.
• کمک به مدیریت ارشد شرکت در گرفتن تصمیمات صحیح مالی.

● Full familiarity with accounting standards. ● Mastery of all financial and accounting sub-processes. ● Relative and acceptable mastery of tax laws. ● Ability to participate in tax hearings. ● Sufficient experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements. ● Having a bachelor's or master's degree in finance and accounting. ● At least five years of financial management experience in large companies. ● Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. ● Ability to manage employees. ● Mastery of Excel. ● High skill in working with financial software.

● Responding to regulatory organizations if necessary and defending the legal performance of the company. Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting. ● Reviewing the organization's financial reports and finding ways to reduce costs. ● Analyzing market trends in order to find opportunities. For better financing, investing in new projects or surpassing competing companies. ● Helping the senior management of the company to make correct financial decisions.
