Architect Engineer (Bentley Systems)

Sahari Construction & Engineering LLC, a forward-thinking construction firm based in Muscat, Oman, is seeking talented Engineers and Architects with experience in Bentley Systems software to join its team.
You will support the digital transformation and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects, working closely on American and international projects based in the Gulf region.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Bentley Systems software in civil, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads, SYNCHRO, AssetWise, or similar Bentley products.
• Familiarity with AssetWise ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management) and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience integrating Bentley tools with other platforms (Revit, ProjectWise, GIS).
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, structural).
• Strong English skills (spoken and written) for collaboration in international project environments. 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Deliver infrastructure or building projects using Bentley software.
• Manage digital workflows from design to operation using tools like MicroStation, OpenRoads, SYNCHRO, and AssetWise ALIM.
• Implement ALIM-based document control, asset data management, and change tracking.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in digital processes and best practices.
