Process Analyst (Contact Center)

Responsibilities:

·       Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.

·       Conduct time and motion studies to assess process performance.

·       Analyze process data to detect patterns and root causes of operational challenges.

·       Develop process maps and documentation using BPMN or similar methodologies to visualize workflows.

·       Support workflow automation projects by identifying tasks suitable for RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

·       Assist in piloting process changes and measuring their impact on performance.

·       Work closely with operations, IT, and data teams to ensure smooth execution of process improvements.

·       Gather input from frontline employees and stakeholders to refine process designs.

·       Develop training materials and guidelines to support process adoption.

·       Track and report on the impact of process improvements over time.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, or operations improvement.

·       Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Bizagi, Visio) and Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and improve workflows.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
