We have also started some e-commerce projects, including TSS Solution, Soft Season, Converter, and Deskify, each targeting unique markets with high growth potential. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and elevate the brand presence of all four products globally.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies for DelGate’s core products. This role requires strong analytical ability, creativity, and a data-driven approach to growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience managing SaaS products, e-commerce businesses, B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, and digital branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for TSS Solution, Soft Season, Converter, and Deskify.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine product positioning.
- Create value propositions, product messaging, and brand narratives for each platform.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Build product-specific lead-generation funnels and optimize conversion rates.
- Coordinate product launches, feature announcements, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Content & Creative Oversight
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, videos, product guides).
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects and marketing assets.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-quality materials.
4. Performance Analytics
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports for senior leadership.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with product teams to understand features, roadmap, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing goals with revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, B2C and B2B lead generation.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Search Console, Looker Studio, Clarity, etc).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product marketing or managing multiple products simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to produce or edit basic visual and written content.
- Understanding of software development processes and technical terminology.
