Career Position Description
Recruitment of Sales Experts in the field of CCTV and Alarm Camera Systems
with a strong public relations and good expression
1. Sales Strategy: Developing strategies and operations to increase sales of CCTVs and related equipment.
2. Sales Team Leadership: Management and Leadership of Sales Team, Encouraging and Motivating Team Members to achieve designated sales goals.
3. Customer Relationship: Communicate with current customers and potential, identify their needs and problems, and provide appropriate solutions to fix them.
4. Performance Assessment: Evaluation of the performance of the sales team members, identifying strengths and weaknesses and providing constructive feedback to them.
5. Participation in Market Analysis: Market Analysis and Identification of Opportunities and Threats, Suggestions to relevant managers.
6. Participation in Marketing Strategies: Participation in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
