شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مدیریت مالی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مرتبط در شرکت‌های بزرگ تولیدی با ترناول مالی بالای 1000 میلیارد تومان سالانه به عنوان مدیر مالی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری، ترجیحاً شماران، رایورز، همکاران و مدیران.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی و مقررات بیمه تأمین اجتماعی و سابقه حضور در هیأت‌های مربوطه و در مدت زمان اخیر.
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت تیم و حل مسائل مالی.
• توانمندی در تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی و ارائه راه‌حل‌های کاربردی.
• توانمندی در تهیه و تجزیه‌وتحلیل گزارشات مدیریتی، هزینه‌ها، درآمد و سود و زیان و بهای تمام شده صنعتی.
• توانمندی در تهیه و تنظیم صورت‌های مالی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن.
• توانمندی تهیه اظهارنامه عملکرد، ارزش افزوده و معاملات موضوع ماده 169 مکرر و سامانه مؤدیان مالیاتی.
• مسلط به حسابداری مدیریت و سیستم بهای تمام شده.
• آشنایی با روش‌های نوین تأمین مالی غیر از بانک از طریق بازار سرمایه و غیره.
• آشنایی با قوانین و روش‌های اخذ تسهیلات بانکی.
• داشتن قدرت تکلم و رهبری بالا.
• سخت‌کوش، با همت، با مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا و آنلاین بودن.
• توانمندی نوشتن بودجه‌های مالی و پیش‌بینی و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی شرکت.
• توانمند در آموزش و جانشین‌پروری.
• آشنایی با امورات مرتبط با رفع تعهد ارزی صادرات و واردات.
• آشنایی با سامانه‌های جامع انبارها، جامع تجارت، مؤدیان، ،169مالیاتی و بهین‌یاب.
