مسئولیت‌ها:

• کاربرپژوهی و تصمیم گیری‌های طراحی بر اساس نیاز‌های کاربر در جهت اهداف بیزینس.
• ارزیابی طراحی‌‌ها و محصول به صورت کیفی از قبیل تست کاربرد‌پذیری، ارزیابی اکتشافی و مصاحبه با کاربر.
• ارزیابی کمی طراحی محصول از قبیل A/B Test و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• وفاداری به چرخه دیزاین و مسلط به تفکر طراحی و فریم ورک Double Diamond.
• مستند سازی کل فرایند طراحی.
• بهبود و ارتقای تجربه‌کاربر محصول به صورت مداوم.
• پیدا کردن نیاز‌ها و مشکلات کاربران و ایده‌پرذازی خلاقانه در جهت رفع نیاز و حل مشکلات کاربر.
• طراحی با ترند‌های روز و متعهد به زبان دیزاین محصول.
• ایجاد و نگه‌داری دیزاین سیستم.
• ارتباط گرفتن با تیم محتوا، فنی و مدیران محصول.

شرایط احراز:

• پورتفولیو و نمونه‌ کار قوی.
• دانش قوی از بهترین فرآیندهای طراحی، روش ها و روندهای صنعت طراحی فعلی.
• 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در طراحی محصول (UX/UI) با تمرکز بر موبایل.
• مسلط به طراحی کاربر محور.
• مهارت‌های عالی در طراحی گرافیکی (ترکیب‌بندی، تایپوگرافی و رنگ‌شناسی).
• مسلط به ابزارهای طراحی و نمونه‌سازی و پروتوتایپ کردن.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی کلامی و نوشتاری قوی.
• توانایی کار خوب به صورت مستقل و درون یک تیم در یک محیط سریع و مهلت‌گرا.
• مسلط به Figma و ابزار‌های اکتشاف داد.

Requirements:

strong portfolio and a strong portfolio

3 to 5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI) Graphic (composition, typography, colorology)

strong verbal and written communication skills
