شرح شغل:

• عیب‌یابی، پشتیبانی کاربران و همکاری با تیم‌های فروش و توزیع در جهت حصول اطمینان از عملکرد یکپارچه برنامه‌های کاربردی مورد استفاده در تیم فروش و توزیع، بهینه‌سازی عملکرد برنامه و بهبود فرآیندهای تجاری کسب‌وکار.
• ارائه پشتیبانی سطح اول و دوم برای برنامه‌های کاربردی فروش و توزیع جهت رسیدگی به مسائل و سوالات کاربران.
• عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات مربوط به برنامه‌های توزیع و فروش با همکاری کاربران و تیم‌های فنی.
• برگزاری جلسات آموزشی برای اعضای تیم فروش و توزیع در مورد استفاده موثر از برنامه‌ها.
• همکاری با سایر ماژول‌ها جهت پیاده‌سازی تنظیمات و سفارشی‌سازی‌های لازم در برنامه‌های فروش و توزیع.
• درک و رفع نیازهای کاربران نهایی سیستم در جهت بررسی و حل مسائل مربوط به سیستم.
• همکاری با تیم های فروش و توزیع برای درک فرآیندهای آن‌ها و شناسایی زمینه‌های بهبود و ارسال درخواست‌های بهبود به اعضای توسعه دهنده تیم.
• ارائه گزارشات و بینش در حوزه مربوطه جهت ارائه به مدیران برای تصمیم‌گیری و بهبود فرآیندها.
• هماهنگی و مشارکت در تست ارتقا و بهبود برنامه.
• حصول اطمینان از نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی اسناد پیکربندی برنامه‌ها، روش‌های عیب‌یابی و دستورالعمل‌ها جهت انتقال دانش.
