وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- تدوین استراتژی‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت بر اساس شرایط بازار.
- هدایت شرکت به سمت رشد پایدار، توسعه محصولات جدید و افزایش سهم بازار.
- نظارت بر کل زنجیره تأمین: دریافت شیر خام، استانداردسازی، پاستوریزاسیون، هموژنیزاسیون و بسته‌بندی.
- پایش عملکرد خطوط تولید، ظرفیت‌ها، راندمان و بهره‌وری انرژی.
- اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای صنایع غذایی، HACCP، ISO22000، GMP و ...
- مدیریت هزینه‌ها و کاهش ضایعات تولید.
- تضمین انطباق با استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی.
- مدیریت ریسک‌های ایمنی غذایی و اقدامات اصلاحی.
- برنامه‌ریزی مالی، کنترل بودجه، نظارت بر جریان نقدی و کاهش هزینه‌های غیرضروری.
- تحلیل سودآوری محصولات مختلف
- ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی کیفیت‌محور و مشتری‌مدار.
- بهینه‌سازی زنجیره تأمین برای کاهش هزینه و افزایش سرعت تحویل.

شرایط احراز:
- حداقل کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های صنایع غذایی، مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت (اجرایی، صنعتی و ...)، دامپروری یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط
- حداقل 10 تا 15 سال تجربه مرتبط در صنایع غذایی، ترجیحاً صنعت لبنیات.
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریت ارشد (مدیرعامل)
- تجربه مدیریت خطوط تولید (ترجیحا صنعت لبنیات)
- سابقه موفق در مدیریت منابع، برنامه‌ریزی تولید و توسعه بازار.
- تسلط بر استانداردهای صنایع لبنی:** HACCP، ISO22000، GMP، ISO9001**
- تسلط بر مدیریت هزینه، بودجه‌بندی و تحلیل مالی محصولات.
- مهارت بالا در تصمیم‌گیری، مدیریت بحران و حل مسئله.
- آشنایی با قوانین بهداشتی و مقررات سازمان دامپزشکی و استاندارد.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing short-term and long-term strategies based on market conditions.
- Guiding the company towards sustainable growth, developing new products and increasing market share.
- Supervision of the entire supply chain: receiving raw milk, standardization, pasteurization, homogenization and packaging.
- Monitoring the performance of production lines, capacities, efficiency and energy efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with food industry standards, HACCP, ISO22000, GMP and...
- Managing costs and reducing production waste.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- Management of food safety risks and corrective actions.
- Financial planning, budget control, monitoring cash flow and reducing unnecessary expenses.
- Profitability analysis of different products
- Creating a quality-oriented and customer-oriented organizational culture.
- Optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and increase delivery speed.

Qualifying conditions:
- At least bachelor's degree in one of the fields of food industry, industrial engineering, management (executive, industrial, etc.), animal husbandry or other related fields
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the food industry, preferably the dairy industry.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience (CEO)
- Production line management experience (preferably dairy industry)
- Successful experience in resource management, production planning and market development.
- Mastery of dairy industry standards:** HACCP, ISO22000, GMP, ISO9001**
- Mastery of cost management, budgeting and financial analysis of products.
- High skill in decision making, crisis management and problem solving.
- Familiarity with health laws and regulations of veterinary and standard organization.
