شرکت ریسندگی و بافندگی ماهوت شمال، که در صنعت کارخانه‌جات نساجی فعالیت می‌کند، به دنبال جذب یک مدیر تولید صنعتی با تجربه است که مسئولیت نظارت و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تولید را بر عهده بگیرد. محل کار در علی‌آباد است و این موقعیت شغلی نیازمند توانایی‌های تفکر انتقادی، رهبری و مدیریت زمان است.
شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفیت
- تخصیص منابع و مدیریت زمان برای بهبود کارایی و بهره‌وری
- تجزیه‌وتحلیل و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تولید به منظور کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بازدهی
- رهبری و آموزش تیم تولید برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی
- برقراری ارتباط با واحدهای مختلف برای هماهنگی فعالیت‌ها و حل مسائل مربوط به تولید
شرایط احراز:
- توانایی قوی در رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
- قدرت استدلال کلامی و ارتباط موثر.
- مهارت در تفکر انتقادی و حل مسئله.
- تجربه کار در محیط کارخانه‌جات نساجی یا مشابه.
- تجربه کار با ماشین آلات ریسندگی بالای 2015.
شرایط عمومی:
- حداقل پنج سال تجربه در سمت مدیریت تولید در صنعت نساجی و بافندگی.
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی نساجی، مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
- روحیه کاری تیمی.
- توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع و کار تحت فشار.

At least 5 years of experience On production management in the textile and weaving industry
