We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Senior Specialist with a strong background in marketing and digital marketing. This role will focus on international sales, requiring excellent communication skills and proficiency in English to manage relationships with foreign clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, data interpretation, and campaign strategy, with the ability to coordinate and manage projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales efforts for both domestic and international clients, ensuring that targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, impressions, and media strategies.
- Interpret data from Sales & media dashboards to drive informed sales strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of Campaign Sales projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Design and propose marketing campaigns, including strategy development for various ad services.
- Effectively communicate with Digikala clinets and international international clients, presenting data and results clearly in English.
- Maintain strong organizational skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously while managing stress and working under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a related sales role, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital marketing strategies, and campaign design.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal), for dealing with international clients.
- Ability to interpret data from social media, media dashboards, and other key metrics to support sales initiatives.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and strategizing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms for tracking impressions and media performance.
- Prior experience working with international clients.
