We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on building our next great product from the ground up.
Job Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer at O'Fallon Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge platform. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working closely with our product and design teams to bring the next big idea to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience building platforms from scratch to have a significant impact on a high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative web applications.
- Build both front-end and back-end features, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Implement user-friendly, responsive UI/UX design while adhering to best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for web and mobile platforms.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and services as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications for smooth functionality.
- Participate in weekly meetings to provide project updates and align with the team.
- Contribute to weekly updates and documentation to ensure project transparency and timely progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar).
- Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar).
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of web application development lifecycle and deployment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build new platforms from scratch, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies (GC, AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
