مدیر توسعه محصول | Product Development Manager

شرح شغل:

• پیش‌بینی، طراحی و عملیاتی کردن محصولات جدید و همچنین طراحی مسیر جهت پیشرفت محصول و خدمات فعلی.
• توسعه سنجه‌ها و ایجاد فرآیندهای داده محور برای ارزیابی موفقیت و مطابقت محصول با سازمان و خواسته‌های مشتریان.
• مدیریت چرخه عمر محصول و خدمات.
• مسئولیت رهبری استقرار محصول، برنامه‌ریزی انتشار و هماهنگی بین تیم‌های مختلف.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت.
• حداقل 7 سال تجربه در زمینه مدیریت محصول، پروژه و لجستیک.
• مسلط به مفاهیم مدیریت پروژه.
• آشنایی با دانش لجستیک و زنجیره تامین.
• توانایی حل مسئله.
• مسلط به مفاهیم چرخه عمر محصول و خدمات.
• توانمندی در برقراری ارتباط و رهبری.

- Define and develop the vision, strategy, and path for product and service development
- Work closely with other teams in the organization to ensure that the organization's goals are achieved and customers are satisfied
- Convincing teams to unite and advance the product around the defined vision
- Develop metrics and create data-driven processes to evaluate the success and compliance of the product with the organization and customer demands
- Translate strategies and requirements into Roadmaps for effective interaction with the technical team and managers
- Manage the product and service life cycle
- Act as an information reference regarding the market, customer, product, competitors, and trends in the organization
- Collect user feedback to review the organization's data and improve product performance
- Responsible for leading product deployment, release planning, and coordination between different teams
- Participate and collaborate in the design and development of products and services from the requirements raised
- Continuously update processes, tools, and documentation to enhance the personal and collective knowledge of team members
