شایستگی و مهارتهای موردنیاز:

تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Word و Excel
توانایی ارتباط موثر با بیمه‌گذاران و جذب مشتری
دقت و مدیریت بالا در شرایط کاری پرحجم و زمان‌های صدور بیمه‌نامه‌های جدید
مهارت در اتوماسیون‌های اداری، نامه‌نگاری
روحیه کار تیمی و تعامل موثر
خلاقیت و مهارت در حل مسئله
نظم، دقت و چالش‌پذیری
مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل
سرعت عمل بالا و مدیریت بهینه زمان
