شرح شغل:

• شناسایی نیازهای استخدامی سازمان و تنظیم راهبردهای مناسب برای جذب نیروهای مناسب.
• طراحی و اجرای فرآیندهای استخدام، از جمله جمع‌آوری، غربالگری و مصاحبه با داوطلبان.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از جذب نیروهای مورد نیاز و متناسب با نیازهای سازمان.
• استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای فتوشاپ و پاورپوینت برای تهیه گزارش‌ها و ارائه‌ها.
• مدیریت پایگاه داده‌های داوطلبان و پیگیری وضعیت آن‌ها در فرآیند استخدام.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای فتوشاپ و پاورپوینت.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مهارت‌های سازمان‌دهی خوب.
• تجربه در حوزه منابع انسانی و فرآیندهای استخدامی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Razi Research Company is looking for a human resources expert focusing on recruitment and recruitment management. The location is in Tehran and the volunteers are given the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify the organization's recruitment needs and set up appropriate strategies to attract appropriate forces
- Design and execute recruitment processes, including collecting, screening and interviewing the applicants
Photoshop and PowerPoint for reports and presentations
- Managing the volunteer databases and tracking their status in the recruitment process

Competences:
- Full fluency in English
- Introduction to Photoshop and PowerPoint software
