Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining the project scope and setting key objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk Coordinate and oversee different teams to ensure the project is executed according to the established plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with time and budgetary goals.
- Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage any issues or challenges that arise during the project and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review the project status.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present them to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their expectations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Ensure timely delivery of the project, meeting the stakeholders’ needs.
- Evaluate the project outcomes and identify lessons learned for improving future projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in a related industry or field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Experience in the educational and technology is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices that could impact project success.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to apply them appropriately depending on the project.
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
- Proven ability to manage changes in project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in preparing and delivering presentations and project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
