• تیم عملیات تولید را برای اجرای استراتژی ها و تولید محصولات یونیلور ایران با کیفیت استاندارد هدایت و هدایت کنید.
• اجرای سرب استانداردهای کیفیت در کارخانه مطابق با دستورالعمل های یونیلور و قوانین محلی برای رعایت کامل استانداردهای کیفیت مصرف کننده. بهترین استفاده از تجهیزات و منابع.
• اجرای پروژه های نوآوری و بومی سازی به دنبال بهترین گزینه ها / گزینه های تولید ، به دنبال انتخاب فناوری دسته بندی و پشتیبانی از تحویل نوآوری به عنوان بخشی از توافق شده شبکه.
• اجرای پروژه ها مطابق با نقشه راه پایداری کارخانه برای کاهش انرژی ، آب ، پسماند RM / PM و زباله های پساب جامد / مایع کل گیاه.
• استانداردهای ایمنی را از طریق اجرای فرآیند ، تجهیزات و پروتکل های ایمنی رفتاری مطابق با دستورالعمل های یونیلور و قوانین محلی برای انطباق کامل به محل کار ایمن انجام دهید.
• تهیه و مدیریت بودجه سرمایه و سرمایه پیشنهادات هزینه با مشورت با شرکای تجاری SC و دارایی های تجاری. اصول.

الزامات:
• مدرک لیسانس یا کارشناسی در محیط های تولیدی و تیم های بزرگ پیشرو.

- Lead and drive the manufacturing operations team to implement strategies and produce Unilever Iran products at standard quality.
- Lead implementation of quality standards in the plant in line with Unilever guidelines and local legislation for full compliance with consumer quality standards.
- Lead maintenance programs in line with plant & equipment maintenance strategies for the best utilization of equipment and resources.
- Drive implementation of innovation and localization projects by looking for the best alternatives/options for manufacturing, following category technology selection, and supporting the innovation delivery as a part ofthe agreed network.
- Implement projects in line with the factory sustainability roadmap for the reduction of energy, water, RM/PM waste, and solid/liquid effluent waste of the entire plant.
- Lead safety standards through implementation of process, equipment, and behavioral safety protocols in line with Unilever guidelines and local legislations for full compliance to a safe working place.
- Prepare and manage capital budgets and capital expenditure proposals in consultation with SC Head and Finance Business Partners.
- Ensure to follow Unilever mandatory policies such as Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Code of business principles.
- Provide leadership and empower the team in line with HR policies. Implement performance management processes to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in preferably Technical disciplines such as Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments and leading big teams.
- Business acumen and data analytics.
- Understanding performance management or other lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Action and decision-oriented.
- Effective communication skills for multi-level engagement.
- Proficiency in English.
- Based in Qazvin.
