We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Banking Industry, to join our rapidly growing team.

What you will be doing         

•  Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.       
•  Closely work with product manager, stakeholders and development team during the product life cycle especially conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions & identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.       
• Convert concepts and processes into visual diagrams and documents using different documentation tools.   
•  working closely with design and tech team to make sure implementation of requirements will be done accurately.

 

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience in Core Banking Systems, Operations, Services, Functionalities, Day end & Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations.
• Knowledge about all aspects of mobile banking concepts and services to meet customer’s needs.
• Proficient in preparing accurate system and process analysis documentation such as proposal, prototype, use case, user story
• Proficient in Visual Paradigm or Enterprise Architect
• Familiar with UI & UX
• Familiar with Agile methodology.
• Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.
•  Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. 
•  Work on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.
