ما به دنبال جذب یک مدیر ارشد فنی (CTO) برای یک شرکت فعال و پیشرو در حوزه تولید نرم افزار هستیم. شما در این نقش، در رهبری فنی تیم توسعه و نظارت بر کیفیت نرم‌افزارهایی نقش خواهید داشت که در حوزه‌های مختلف منجمله مالی و حسابداری مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. در این مسیر، تخصص شما در برنامه‌نویسی #C، تحلیل سیستم و راهبری تیم توسعه، ارزشمند خواهد بود.
مسئولیت‌های اصلی:
بررسی نسخه‌های جدید محصول و ارزیابی فنی آن‌ها
مرور کد برنامه‌نویسان و مدیریت Merge Codeها
نظارت بر فرآیند تولید نرم‌افزار در تیم توسعه
مشارکت در بهبود ساختار فنی، معماری و طراحی سیستم
همکاری با تیم‌ها در محیط چابک و پروژه‌محور
راهبری تیم و انتقال دانش فنی
شرایط احراز:
تسلط کامل به زبان #C، فریم‌ورک ASP.NET MVC و Entity Framework
آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم مهندسی نرم‌افزار و اصول کدنویسی تمیز
تسلط کامل به SQL Server
آشنا به معماری‌های نرم‌افزاری و Design Patterns
توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و هماهنگی فعالیت‌های تیم توسعه
تجربه کار با متدهای Agile مانند Scrum
آشنا به مفاهیم مالی و حسابداری
مهارت در Git و مدیریت نسخه‌های کد
مهارت‌های فردی:
توانایی در هدایت و منتورینگ تیم فنی
روابط عمومی قوی و روحیه همکاری

Career description
We are looking to attract a senior technical manager (CTO) for an active and leading software company. In this role, you will play a role in the technical leadership of the development and supervision of software that are used in various areas, including financial and accounting. Along the way, your expertise in #c programming, system analysis and development team will be valuable.
Main responsibilities:
Review of new versions of the product and their technical evaluation
Browse Code of Programmers and Management Merge Codes
Monitoring the software development process in the development team
Participate in Improvement of Technical Structure, Architecture and System Design

Full mastery of #C, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework
Full Introduction to Software Engineering Concepts and Code Coding Principles
Full Mastery of SQL Server
Familiarity with Software Architecture and Design Pattracts
