شرح شغل:

• ثبت و پیگیری دقیق تراکنش‌های مالی.
• تهیه و ارسال گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه و سالانه.
• بررسی و تطبیق صورت‌حساب‌ها و حساب‌های پرداختنی و دریافتنی.
• انجام محاسبات مالیاتی و تهیه اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی.
• همکاری با تیم مالی برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای مالی.
• نظارت بر بودجه‌بندی و پیگیری میزان انحراف از بودجه.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در حوزه حسابداری یا مالی.
• توانایی کار با سیستم‌های مدیریت حمل‌ونقل (OTMS).
• توانایی مدیریت زمان مناسب.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی کار در تیم.

Work as an accountant at Nile Soi Segal shipping agency and air services in Tehran. You will have a key role in the management and follow-up of the financial and accounting affairs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately recording and tracking financial transactions
- Preparing and sending monthly and annual financial reports
- Checking and reconciling invoices and accounts payable and receivable
- Performing tax calculations and preparing tax returns
- Cooperating with the financial team to optimize financial processes
- Monitoring budgeting and tracking the amount deviation from Budget

Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Work experience in accounting or finance
- Complete familiarity with office software
- Ability to work with Transportation Management Systems (OTMS)
- Accuracy and ability to manage time properly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
