شرح شغل:

• مدیریت ارتباطات با تامین‌کنندگان.
• ایجاد رابطه پایدار و اثربخش با تامین‌کننده.
• مذاکره و توافق بر سر قراردادها و رویدادهای مختلف.
• تعامل اثربخش با تامین‌کنندگان کلیدی و مسئولین اجرایی.
• متقاعد کردن تامین‌کنندگان برای توسعه همکاری و شناسایی زمینه‌های رشد بیشتر و افزایش فروش.
• تنظیم گزارش‌های دقیق در مورد وضعیت تامین‌کنندگان در طی فرآیند همکاری.
• تنظیم گزارش‌های پرداختی دقیق به صورت ماهیانه/فصلی.

شرایط احراز:

• اشراف بر بازار آرایشی و بهداشتی و شناخت تامین‌کنندگان اصلی بازار.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و رقبا و ارائه پیش‌بینی ترندهای پیش‌رو در بازار آرایشی و بهداشتی.
• توانایی هدف‌گذاری میزان فروش و پیش‌بینی فروش.
• توانایی طراحی و پیاده‌سازی کمپین‌های پروموشن و جشنواره فروش.
• توانایی ارائه گزارش عملکرد و گزارش فروش به صورت دوره‌ای.
• آشنایی با تحلیل داد و بررسی آماری داده‌ها.
• توانایی شناخت فرصت‌ها و مشتریان بالقوه برای فروش.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• روحیه همکاری تیمی.
• توانمندی در ایجاد روابط اثربخش.
• داشتن ابتکار عمل.
• تمرکز بالا بر روی نیازهای مشتریان.
