مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی / کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی و حسابداری
مدرک کارشناسی حسابداری و کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت مالی امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
سن: زیر پنجاه سال
امانت‌داری و محرمانگی مطلق از مهم‌ترین خصوصیات مدنظر می‌باشد
مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا، دقت و سرعت بالا، صبور و پاسخگو، هوش هیجانی بالا، مدیریت استرس
حداقل هفت سال سابقه کار (سابقه کار در فضای صنعتی امتیاز محسوب می‌شود)
تسلط کامل بر محاسبات حقوق و دستمزد، محاسبات دستمزد در قراردادهای خاص، محاسبات شیفت و تعطیل کار و ماموریت، محاسبات عیدی و پاداش، محاسبات سنوات ماهیانه و سالیانه
تسلط کامل بر قوانین و مقررات کار ایران
تسلط کامل بر مالیات حقوق، تسلط بر قوانین تامین اجتماعی
تسلط کامل بر امور وام‌های شرکتی، کسورات قانونی و تسویه حساب‌ها
تسلط کامل بر اکسل
تسلط کامل بر آسا و کسرا و فرزین
توانایی طراحی بهبود در مسیرهای پرداختی و زمانبندی پرداخت
توانایی تعامل با سازمان‌های دولتی مانند تامین اجتماعی و اداره کار
توانایی همکاری در پنجشنبه و جمعه در موارد خاص
توانایی تعامل حرفه‌ای با واحد مالی و واحد منابع انسانی
توانایی ایجاد نظام حقوق دستمزد
آشنایی با طرح طبقه‌بندی مشاغل

Bachelor's/Master's degree in financial management and accounting
